An unpopular opinion....Fact!

Your health is YOURS.


This means that nobody else has control over what you put in your body.

Your body and mind are yours to manage.

Mismanagement of your body and mind can lead to all sorts of ailments.

But it's up to you.



Nobody else has a right to determine what you do with your body or your life.


Taking control of your health and your life is the best thing you can do for you and those around you.


When we speak about "consumption" and what it means to "consume,"

we're not just talking about food or liquids.

We're also talking about what you are putting in your mind.


"We've conditioned ourselves to believe in all sorts of things that aren't necessarily true - and many of these things are having a negative impact on our health and happiness." - Joe Dispenza.


So let's first of all, look at media.


Studies have shown that there's a significant rise in depression and anxiety.


Now, this could be for a multitude of reasons that we will discuss another day. Over the last 20 years we have seen trend after trend hitting our phones, drama after drama, emergencies, viruses, disasters, attempted global takeover, riots, murder, transgenderism, newspapers, financial and bank crisis, food crisis and it goes on and on and on. It is not going to stop anytime soon unless YOU do something about it.


...(and yet we can't seem to find time to exercise!)


The images and content we consume within that 4 hours, regardless of the type of content, can be seriously damaging if it's not controlled.


Whether you like to admit it to yourself or not, you are seen as nothing more than a commodity. Every time you use your phone, data is being extracted from you and sold. So information is going into your brain, and "they" are tracking and selling the results.


We are prey.

We are cattle.

We are funding the lifestyles and agendas of the tech companies.

Simple.


Ok, let's look at Television.


Our trusted and beloved BBC and ITV have been spewing garbage into our brains since the 1950s...

Since the television was invented, they have turned us into willing slaves, buying what they're selling, believing what they'd like us to believe and doing what they want us to do. Let's test this theory..

Would you go on a holiday to Iran or Afghanistan? - probably not.

Why not?

Because you believe it to be a country with political unrest and dangerous. ..is this true?..Absolutely Not! Trying checking another search engine apart from Google (Which also controls what you believe)

Did you take the injection?

If you did, then it's probably because you believed that it would prevent the transmission of the virus without taking the time to research it yourself and making an informed decision based on the REAL facts a figures presented(Aside from what the puppets on the TV are infecting your brain with).

The information now being revealed, is quite the contrary. It causes the opposite effect, making those who've had the jabs seriously ill and dying. This is feeding the corporate companies more and more of our money.


Do you see the point yet?


Everything around us is being produced to influence us, unknowingly, in some way. Everywhere we turn, every time we turn on our phones, doom scrolling, tik tok, facebook, Instagram.

The consequence of this can produce symptoms such as stress, anxiety, depression, it can cause suicidal thoughts, anger, make you believe you're something or someone you're not and can potentially change the wiring of our brains making us into a miserable vegetable. - I was once a miserable vegetable. But I'll tell you about that another day.





So, consumption is not just about food, it's also about what we feed our brains.






So, the opposite side of the coin.....


If we were to look at educational content, content that teaches us skills that we don't have, How to converse,

How to disagree without conflict,

About morals and principles,

About how to bring up our kids in a peaceful, nurturing environment,

About how energy works,

Electricity,

Chemistry,

Food,

Nutrition,

How to heal ourselves from within,

What it really means to be truly human,

How to treat our fellow humans with compassion and empathy,

The art of meditation,

Patience,

How to be kind,

And how to be kind and happy when we really don't feel like it..


....all of these good and positive things have something great to add to your life!





But YOU have to make that decision.


The priority of what we SHOULD BE searching is...


How to accept ourselves for who we are.

How to love ourselves.

What is love and how to embrace it.

How to heal ourselves from the traumas we have experienced.

How to overcome fear.

How to be happy.

How to thrive in a society that wants us be sick and miserable.

How to live free and help others.


Your world is a direct result of your thoughts and your actions.
