Step into the world of holistic healing with our Introductory Massage Therapy Day, a relaxing and inspiring 4-hour session designed to give you hands-on experience and a taste of what it’s like to be a massage therapist.

During the session, you’ll learn and practice two essential massage techniques while focusing on the legs and feet — key areas for grounding, circulation, and releasing tension.

You’ll discover how massage can help people with common leg and foot issues, explore contraindications, health and hygiene standards, and gain a basic understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to your work. We’ll also cover massage mediums and how to choose the right oils and lotions for each client’s needs.
