Kambo is a sacred medicine gifted to humanity through the spirit of the Amazonian frog. This ancient practice is far more than a detox — it is a profound spiritual initiation, a return to clarity, and a restoration of the body’s original harmony.

Guided with love, respect, and safety, you will journey into a deep communion with the spirit of Kambo — a medicine that knows exactly what you need. It will seek out imbalance, scan the body for infection or disharmony, and bring repair where it is needed most.

Contraindications – Safety First

Your safety is our priority. Kambo is not suitable for everyone.
You must NOT receive Kambo if you:

  • Have serious heart problems or have had a stroke

  • Have low blood pressure or are taking medication for blood pressure

  • Have had a brain haemorrhage or aneurysm

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have epilepsy or serious mental health conditions such as psychosis

  • Are undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy

  • Have Addison’s disease, severe kidney or liver disease

  • Have had recent major surgery

The Flow of the Ceremony

Every part of the ceremony is intentional — each step prepares your body, mind, and spirit for the Kambo process.

Opening Meditation & Intention Setting

We begin by creating a sacred space, calling in the spirit of Kambo, your guides, and your higher self. This is your time to set your intention — the purpose you carry into the medicine. Intentions anchor your journey and guide the spirit of the frog in its work.

The room will be calm, softly lit, and infused with gentle music. You’ll be comfortable on yoga mats, wrapped in blankets, feeling safe and supported.

Sananga

The first medicine we use is Sananga, a powerful eye drop from the Amazon. It clears the eyes, opens the sinuses, and activates the third eye chakra. Though the sensation can be intense, it lasts only minutes and brings clarity to your vision — both physical and spiritual. This process takes around 10 minutes.

Hapé (Rapé)

Next, we share Hapé — a sacred Amazonian tobacco snuff, finely ground and blended with healing plants. Delivered through the breath into the nose, it clears mental fog, balances the brain hemispheres, sharpens focus, and grounds your energy into the present moment. This ancient practice opens your channels, aligns your mind, and prepares you for Kambo.

Kambo Ceremony

Following your Sananga and Hapé experience, we move into the heart of the ceremony — Kambo.

​

We begin with intention setting, taking a moment to centre ourselves and clearly state what we are calling in, and what we are ready to release. This is where you open your gates — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — to receive the medicine’s wisdom.

​

The Kambo is then applied to the skin. As the medicine begins to flow through your system, you are invited to allow your body to move, shake, stretch, or rest as it needs. You may feel heat, waves of energy, deep emotions, or physical sensations. This is all part of the medicine’s intelligence.

​

You will be guided to trust the process — to surrender, allow the purge to come, and release whatever is ready to leave. Let go. Breathe. Allow the flow.

​

After the purge, you’ll have 45 minutes of recovery time, lying back under your blanket while your body continues to release on deeper levels. Many drift into a short, peaceful sleep before waking with a sense of lightness and clarity.

What to Bring:

Please bring fresh, distilled, or spring water to drink throughout the process. Hydration is a key part of Kambo’s work.

Once the physical process is complete, we close the space with a closing ceremony — offering gratitude to the spirit of Kambo and to Kampu, the shaman who first brought this sacred medicine to his people.

You are then free to rest and recover, with aftercare being an important part of your healing:

  • Your stomach will be sensitive, so choose soft, light foods to support recovery.

  • Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.

  • Soups and other gentle meals are recommended.

  • Avoid processed foods.

  • Rest for at least 24 hours as the medicine continues to work within you.

  • Keep hydrated with plenty of fresh water.

  2. Receive Your Email Pack – You’ll get:

    • Your consultation form (must be completed at least 48 hours before your ceremony).

    • Your ceremony instructions to help you prepare.

  3. Attend Your Ceremony – Arrive open, ready, and willing to receive the medicine’s wisdom.
