Massage Therapy Introduction Day – Saturday 2pm–6pm

Step into the world of holistic healing with our Introductory Massage Therapy Day, a relaxing and inspiring 4-hour session designed to give you hands-on experience and a taste of what it’s like to be a massage therapist.

During the session, you’ll learn and practice two essential massage techniques while focusing on the Back and Shoulders — key areas for grounding, circulation, and releasing tension. You’ll discover how massage can help people with common Back and Shoulder issues, explore contraindications, health and hygiene standards, and gain a basic understanding of anatomy and physiology relevant to your work. We’ll also cover massage mediums and how to choose the right oils and lotions for each client’s needs.

Included in your experience are all course materials and guides, and upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate of attendance plus a free pre-blended massage oil to take home so you can begin practicing your new…
