Massage Foundations Taster Day – What to Expect

Our Massage Foundations Taster Day is a relaxed, hands-on introduction to professional massage therapy, ideal for anyone considering a career in massage or holistic wellbeing.

You’ll spend the session learning foundational neck, shoulder, and head massage techniques, guided by experienced tutors in a supportive and welcoming environment. We begin with hot drinks on arrival and a friendly introduction, helping you feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you arrive.

During the taster day, you will:

• Watch a live demonstration of neck, shoulder, and head massage techniques

• Take part in guided practical practice, experiencing both giving and receiving massage
