    If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business working days of receiving your parcel.

    4. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

    Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

    • In original packaging

    Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error.

    Refunds for eligible returns will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
