    1. Damaged Goods

    If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business working days of receiving your parcel.

    • A short description of the issue

    Once assessed, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
    (We may request the damaged item to be returned depending on the situation.)

    2. Missing Items

    If any part of your order is missing, please inform us within 3 business working days of delivery.

    We will investigate the issue promptly and send any missing items once confirmed.

    3. Incorrect Items Received

    • A return label so the incorrect item can be sent back if required.

    4. Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.

    Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

    • In original condition

    • Unopened and unused

    • In original packaging

    Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was sent in error.

    Refunds for eligible returns will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

    5. Refunds

    Refunds will:

    • Be issued to the original payment method

    • Be processed within 5–10 working days after approval

    • Exclude delivery charges unless the fault is ours
